• We require the the Architectural plans- Floor plan, Window and Door Schedule, Ceiling height, preferably also the Elevations and Sections
  • We also require Information on HVAC (Type of HVAC, Gas or Electric), Duct Location (Attic or Conditioned Space or Crawl Space or Garage or Outside) and Water Heater (Water Heater Type, Gas or Electric)
  • For Non-Residential projects we additionally require the concerned MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) sheets.
  • Besides the above project specific details, we also need to have information of the responsible person who would be signing off on the Title 24 report. We would be signing off as the Documentation Author but the Responsible Person needs to be either the Architect, Designer, Building, Contractor or Homeowner-Builder. We need their Full Name, Company name (if applicable), Address, Email and Phone.
  • You can initiate the Title 24 Order via our website by clicking on the  “Order Title 24” button. It will direct you to a form where you can fill in the important details mentioned above and upload the project plans as PDFs.
