What is our pricing and timeline?
We charge an inclusive fee for Title 24 reports and consulting.
For most single family residential and ADU projects we charge $250.
For most commercial projects we charge $350.
The above fee includes everything that you need to get a Title 24 report for your permit application. We ensure that your Title 24 report passes the city review and address plan check comments or corrections if any, without any additional fees.
For large residential, commercial, multi-family, high rise or mixed us projects please email us for a custom quote and proposal.
What information do we need to get started?
To get started on your Title 24 report, we need the Architectural plans in PDF format.
We also need to know the type of proposed HVAC and Water Heater
And of course the billing information

When and how do you pay?
We generally collect the payment upfront.
You could pay us when you place an order for the Title 24 report via our website.
Or we send you a payment link when we get started on your Title 24 report via email.

What are your deliverables?
We help comply your project with the California Title 24 energy code and generate a Title 24 certificate of compliance for your project. The Title 24 report that we generate is certified, registered and water marked. We also deliver the Title 24 report as 24×36 or 30×42 sized PDFs, which are generally the size of your architectural plans. So you can easily integrate the Title 24 report into your plan set and have it ready for submission to the city.
