We are a California Title 24 energy consulting company. We help residential and commercial projects all across California, comply with the Title 24 energy standards in an effective manner. We generate a certified Title 24 report (also called CF1R or Title 24 Certificate of Compliance) as a key deliverable of our service.
We have been in the business since 2015 and have successfully completed hundreds of projects all across California.

We are a team of young engineers and architects. We love problem solving, analytical thinking and helping projects comply with the California Title 24 energy code in a cost effective manner. The principal of our company, Viranchi Shah is a Certified Energy Analyst for the California Title 24 energy code and has a background in engineering and business management.You can view your CEA certification here.
We service all of California and have successfully delivered projects in virtually every county of California. However, We have an office at 1111 6th Ave, Office 324, San Diego, CA 92101 and are incorporated as a C-corp in California under the name VANGUARDTEK Inc.

We follow a simple and all inclusive pricing for our Title 24 services.
We charge $260 for Title 24 reports on most single family residential projects
We charge $350 for Title 24 reports on most commercial projects.
