Pricing
We charge a simple, all inclusive fee for a Title 24 report.
For most Single Family Residences, < 3500 SF, we charge a flat fee of $300 for the Title 24 report.
For most ADUs, < 750 SF area, we charge a flat fee of $260 for the Title 24 report.
For most Commercial projects, <5000 SF in area, we charge a flat fee of $450 for the Title 24 report.
For large projects or one with multiple dwelling units our price varies. Please see below a calculator to help you determine the costing for most common project types.
